Turpentine Oil To Kill Scabies

We all know that scabies is caused due to the mites burrowed deep within the surface of skin. These mites are microscopic in nature and cannot be seen with the naked eye. Therefore medical intervention is mandatory as soon as you start noticing the symptoms of scabies. In case of standard scabies, there are about 5-10 mites spreading the infestation, however in severe forms, there are hundreds of mites burrowed within the skin. For the most part, such a form of scabies is called 'crusted' or 'Norwegian' scabies.

In such extreme forms of scabies, the infestation would normally spread to the scalp as well as the face. Quite a lot of medications have been discovered in the recent past; however they all bring in several side effects. One of the newest discoveries to eliminate mites is to use turpentine oil. If you have infestation on the scalp, you can mix a few drops of turpenti ne oil with conditioner and apply it after shampoo. This would instantly stop the crawly feeling and help you relieve the itching as well.

Quite a lot of arsenals have been used lately; however turpentine oil seems to be pretty effective. Turpentine oil could be found in any major medical store for a price under $5. This oil is known to be extremely strong and hence you can mix it with a few spoons of conditioner. Apply the mixture on your body from head to toe and then let it stay for a few hours.
